The group became a PLC in 1962, and during the 1980's and 1990's expanded through acquisitions such as Curry's, Supasnaps and PC World. The retail group has over 1,400 stores around the world and generates about two thirds of its turnover from the Curry's, PC World and Dixons stores. |
